Making Dreamforce Come Alive
I am quite excited at what we have in store at Dreamforce next week as part of our presence in Salesforce’s Healthcare Customer Success Pavilion. The key themes this year for healthcare will be around
- Providing some really great insights via a WAVE demo
- Utilizing the potential of the Salesforce platform to do Liaison Management for both healthcare and devices
- Helping providers build communities for Population Health Management.
We will feature our Physician and Patient Engagement accelerator suite around these themes. Of course much of the accelerator suite will be ready to be ported to newly announced Salesforce Health Cloud.
In addition we are excited at honoring one of our customers, a pioneering Chief Nursing Officer. We look forward to hearing the CNO’s perspectives on how she and her care coordinator staff have hit the ground running with our healthcare accelerator suite on the Salesforce platform to transform Care Coordination in Oncology.
There are so many interesting ways in which Salesforce’s workflow is suited to create a communication and coordination freeway around the care plan, to complement the existing EMR and leverage it as appropriate. Key here is to empower the care coordinators to be the quarterbacks who lead the patients through their journey. The addition of checklists, alerts and the ability to configure patient profiles add to making this a truly engaging and well-orchestrated solution. We are so excited to talk more about this in our healthcare booth at the Healthcare and Life Sciences Pavilion.
To take this a step ahead, we’ve used the key learnings and best practices from our success in healthcare, to design targeted solutions for other industry verticals listed in the image below. These accelerators are based on real world challenges that we have helped solve for some of the Fortune 1000 customers.
