I’ve been writing a lot about what digital transformation means for enterprise clients. This means focusing on not only our their needs but also their underlying “wants”. That’s particularly important as the face of our client evolves and becomes more business-oriented and less tech-centric.
I recently got an opportunity to provide my thoughts on this changing dynamic (and how we’re addressing its implications) for Mint, one of India’s most influential business publications (a collaboration with The Wall Street Journal) . I’ve linked the column here. It focused on the four main wants I’m seeing from customers: Success, Assurance, Freedom, and Ease (in other words, a SAFE solution). I’d love to get your thoughts on this.
