Actively pursue new business opportunities and engage with new clients within the pre-sales sector. Communicate with customers and account teams to finalize business scenarios. Conduct meetings with different teams to discuss progress and roadblocks of engagement. Prepare and identify risks and drive mitigation plans. Prepare system demonstrations, proposals, and project plans. Responsible for account management and client management. Work with delivery team to invest and build competencies. Inform delivery team of key new developments and market traction. Identify implementation accelerators and differentiators. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus two (2) years of related computer programming experience. Requires one (1) year of experience in: client management; presales; Cloud services; Salesforce CRM; and Fieldglass. Employer will also accept four (4) years of described experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) plus two (2) years of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
