Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time
Job Duties: Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes. Design solutions for the client and integrate them into the system. Drive system-enabled initiatives by redesigning best-in-class business processes and mapping them in the application. Lead and manage high-profile customer engagements. Manage program risks, define immediate mitigation strategies, and contingency plans to keep engagements on track. Document business processes, use case scenarios, and overall system configuration requirements related to the engagement, including pros and cons. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical resources to provide custom developments. Conduct training sessions for end users to understand the solution and system usage. Support a team of technical consultants and subordinates to configure, test, and develop custom solutions. Conduct technical reviews of the team’s code and provide feedback. Conduct quarterly reviews of team members, plan resource management, and provide the team’s status to stakeholders on a weekly basis. Provide solutions to the reported issues for operational activities in the live system. Support issues arising from the post-implementation scenario. Build relationships with business users and stakeholders and identify system enhancement opportunities. Collaborate with customers and technical teams to finalize and implement business scenarios. Conduct periodic meetings with cross-functional teams to review progress and address roadblocks. Engage with senior stakeholders to embed and deliver quality assurance and best practice delivery standards. Compile and present the team’s work to senior management for potential rewards and recognition. Align the roadmap with current and emerging domain and technological trends. Understand industry best practices, standards, and processes. Manage change and program scope effectively.
Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Software Architect, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.
Salary: $79,248.00/Year
