Job Duties: Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, diversity hiring, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Partner with hiring teams to understand technical and non-technical job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Compensation teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and deliver end-to-end hiring processes. Conduct culture-fit and selection interviews, ensure legal compliance, and guide recruiters on compensation, benefits, and policies. Work with leadership to forecast and plan hiring needs, oversee employer branding initiatives, improve candidate experience programs, and support the development of talent-acquisition policies. Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership, manage application reviews, background checks, and hiring documentation, and communicate role details to applicants. Manage recruitment metrics such as source mix and turnaround time, and perform market analysis on compensation trends, niche skills, and talent availability. Coordinate daily with hiring managers for requirement gathering and progress updates. Partner with external vendors, oversee vendor empanelment and performance, and support implementation of systems that automate recruiting processes. Maintain data through HRMS platforms, manage onboarding and induction programs, and develop compliant policy documentation. Drive talent-sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines, lead employer branding through events and social media, and represent the company at recruiting conferences and professional forums to stay current with industry trends and improve executive hiring processes.
Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Human Resources Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Analyst or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
