Job Title: Associate Vice President – Sales

Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties: Drive growth by understanding customer needs, building strong relationships, and delivering excellence in technology, financials, and execution. Partner closely with the leadership team on major pursuit programs as part of the core team. Lead the presales team, providing guidance to ensure high-quality solutions. Review pursuit progress, staffing, quality reports, and upcoming activities across teams. Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with Delivery Heads. Conduct reviews of deliverables, quality standards, and legal compliance, using feedback to improve processes. Lead strategic bid management by shaping winning strategies and identifying unique use cases that reduce competition. Plan technology upgrades based on future trends. Develop and execute strategies for business growth, targeting new markets and opportunities. Engage with clients during presales by preparing demos, proposals, and project plans. Manage a technical team to configure, test, and build custom solutions. Build and manage partnerships aligned with strategic goals. Drive partner-led sales through account mapping, field engagement, and quarterly business reviews. Support sales efforts, events, and contract negotiations. Work with marketing to create channel programs. Oversee Partner Operations, including opportunity tracking, revenue reporting, governance, training, and certifications. Identify talent needs for consulting programs, refine selection and training, and work with HR and Talent acquisition teams to close skill gaps. Serve as the account lead on high-value product and development engagements. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure top-tier delivery. Track performance metrics, deal velocity, win/loss ratios, and continuous improvements. Hold regular team meetings to review progress and remove roadblocks.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Director, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.

Salary: $260,728.00/Year
