Job title: Research Analyst-Operations
Job location: Santa Clara, CA and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.
Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.

Wage: $103,646.00/yr
Job description: Apply mathematical modeling, forecasting, simulation, data-mining techniques to analyze business & data-processing problems & optimize statistical/operational models that improve performance & efficiency. Conduct predictive modeling & scenario analysis. Extract, analyze data & validate accuracy of analytical outputs using Tableau, SQL Server, Power BI, Python, SharePoint, Salesforce. Create dashboards/reports to present insights & support decision making.
Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Business Analytics or Computer Science or IT or IS plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Analyst or Specialist or Business Intelligence or Operations Research. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience in Tableau, SQL Server, Power BI, Python, SharePoint, Salesforce.
