Jaideep Vijay Dhok serves as Chief Operating Officer – Technology at Persistent Systems, bringing over 23 years of experience across diverse technologies. With over 14 years at Persistent, Jaideep has held pivotal leadership positions—including Senior Vice President & General Manager—where he led the global Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) business. In these roles, he has driven major transformation programs, built new business lines, and accelerated the expansion of Persistent’s BFSI segment.
As COO - Technology, Jaideep is responsible for driving Delivery Excellence, Talent Acquisition/ Talent Management, Learning and Development, as well as Strategic Alliances and Partnerships. He also leads the APAC business for Persistent and is a key contributor to the company’s AI strategy. Driven by a client-first mindset, Jaideep is enthusiastic about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and accelerate customer success.
Prior to joining Persistent, Jaideep held leadership roles at Infosys Technologies for nine years and contributed his expertise to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Jaideep holds a bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering from Shivaji University.
Jaideep is married to Snehal who runs her own Technology Consulting firm, and they are proud parents of two daughters.
