Ruchi Kulhari is Executive Vice President, CEO Office – Enterprise Strategy & Execution at Persistent Systems, where she partners closely with the CEO to advance the Company’s enterprise-wide strategic agenda and ensure disciplined execution across the organization.
Acting as a key integrator across the enterprise, Ruchi works at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving alignment across business units and functions to deliver on the Company’s highest-priority initiatives. She plays a pivotal role in translating strategic intent into measurable outcomes, orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs and reinforcing operating rigor, governance and accountability at scale. Her remit includes advancing AI-led transformation, enabling operating model evolution and ensuring sustained focus on the Company’s growth priorities.
Ruchi also engages closely on Board and investor-related matters, contributing to strategic decision-making and providing leverage to the CEO and leadership team in driving the Company’s agenda forward.
Ruchi brings over two decades of global leadership experience across enterprise transformation, organizational strategy and human capital. She is known for operating effectively in high-complexity environments, building alignment across diverse stakeholders and driving large-scale change with clarity, focus and execution discipline.
Prior to joining Persistent, Ruchi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys. She has also held leadership roles at Coforge, Infosys and EXL Service, where she led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across global organizations.
Ruchi holds a master's degree in psychology from the University of Pune, a bachelor's degree (Honors) in Psychology from the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education and a certificate in Organizational Change Management and Human Resources Development from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
