Duties: Write, modify and test code and scripts to enable software quality assurance applications and systems to function properly; create and modify computer programs based on project specifications; review operating systems and software, and make any adjustments necessary to optimize efficiency; write code and implement computer programs on multiple operating systems; edit source code, update existing programs and identify and correct errors in the code; profile and analyse algorithms, and use code libraries to simplify writing of code; re-write programs for different operating systems; and create technical documentation and guides for programs.
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology/Systems, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Computer/Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience as Computer Programmer, Systems Architect/Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst Quality Assurance Analyst, Test Engineer or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
