Conduct computer systems analysis to identify risk, prepare mitigation plans, and prepare contingency strategies on the technical front. Customer expectation management and preparation of proposals. Work allocation, resource planning and monitoring subordinate teams, while coordinating with onsite teams for issue resolutions and clarifications. Analysis of all work orders and impact analysis of change requests from clients. Customer interaction and remaining offshore point of contact for all decisions. Architect for a product or modules of products. Responsible for products (or modules of products) including all architecture decisions related to the products. Creating architecture for high level design for implementation. Reviewing and translating technical requirements and design. Influence product road map. Troubleshoot and support teams and keep up to date on upcoming trends in technology and domain. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus two (2) years of related computer programming experience. Requires one (1) year of experience in: Python; Selenium; Jira; Shell Scripting; and Docker. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree plus five (5) years of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
