SAGA was formed with a vision of creating a Global organization, which will bring the South Asian Golfers together from across the world. The mission is to promote Golf as a sport in the South Asian community.

Golf has become a mainstream sport for individuals of all ages & physical abilities. We intend to provide an opportunity for those who have always wanted to play but did not know where to go and how to start. We will provide training session for beginners & regular Golf outings for all.

The Persistent SAGA OPEN will be held at Cobblestone Creek Country Club, Lawrenceville, NJ on Friday, September 30, 2023, followed by awards and the SAGA dinner.

6.00 PM Onwards – Cocktails, Dinner & Awards Reception

The winners will take home the prestigious SAGA Trophies as well as $$$ prizes.
Please note the SAGA Open winners are for that day’s golfers only and is open for all to participate (Members and Non-members).

• SAGA Open Champion (Low Gross) – Prestigious Trophy + $$$
• Other contests will include Hole-In-One, Close To Pin, Straight Drive, etc –$$$

This event will also be the Final Round for the “Persistent SAGA Tour 2023” and will crown the “SAGA Tour Champion” to take home the “Anish Joshi Memorial Trophy” and a 1 Week Vacation sponsored by Dr. Anil & Anju Joshi in the loving memory of our late member Anish Joshi.

Cocktails Reception will be a Full Premium Open Bar followed by Dinner & live entertainment.

The price includes Golf, Lunch, Cocktails, Dinner, Entertainment, Contests, Gifts and exciting prizes.
