Mario Maldari
Mario Maldari is a solution architect manager, supporting the engineering and industrial space at Persistent Systems. He has spent the last 20 years working with software development and lifecycle software. Mario has extensive experience with IBM’s Engineering Lifecycle Management software, and had spent 10 years at IBM as the chief system test architect for ELM. Mario is a strong proponent of innovation and achieved the designation of “IBM Master Inventor” for sustained and prolific contributions to patents and intellectual property. He is passionate about finding ways to utilize ELM to support our client’s business needs and assist in their journey to process maturity and modernization.
Karl Mulcahy

As an ex IBMer of 7 years (coming from the Rational Brand) Karl has worked across industries to help transform and establish efficient development processes using the IBM technology. His recent move to Persistent was a natural extension to his IBM career by connecting users to the development team at Persistent for product roadmaps, feature requests etc. Persistent develops the Engineering Lifecycle Management solution (Including DOORS) on behalf of IBM and in a great place to help maximise existing investments with Persistents expertise and unique IP in this space.

Michael Nees
Michael Nees is focussed on helping customers improve their ability to innovate and improve productivity and process performance.
After spending 15 years in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain at IBM, Michael joined the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) domain in 2004 to broaden and reuse his knowledge in the area of software development for both the IT- and Systems development. As a result his experience in the area of “Systems Engineering practices” across mechanical- , electrical- and software engineering domains is broad. Michael has a sales/consulting track record of more than 32 years in IT for Engineering (PLM and ALM) and his experience helps him to not “sell” products by function and feature but sell solutions that align to customers’ needs and that will bring real tangible business results and benefits.
He became a member of the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) & IoT team at its inception in 2016 and he joined Persistent Systems in 2018.

Mark Roberts is a Red Hat Senior Solution Architect focussing on the transformation of development and runtime platforms as customers transition to microservice based applications operating on Red Hat OpenShift. Mark is a software developer at heart with experience of Java, NodeJS, C, C++, PERL, Fortran and machine code and has experience of web applications, desktop applications and safety critical real-time embedded systems. Mark spent many years working in pre-sales roles covering deployment automation, software development lifecycles, and configuration and change management.
Amy Silberbauer
Amy Silberbauer is an Executive IT Specialist on the AI Applications Engineering Lifecycle Management Offering Management team responsible for the solution user experience as well as our transformation to an agile@scale way of working. She is a globally recognized thought leader on scaled agile and software development lifecycle solutions, with extensive experience in complex, multi-technology development practices based on her 33 years of experience at IBM as an engineer, architect and manager. She is a certified SAFe® SPC experienced in leading and consulting on multiple internal and external SAFe transformations.

Mark has managed comprehensive projects in a regulated industries like pharmaceutical, automotive, nuclear and oil and gas. Mark have delivered projects in the digitization of process and the application of artificial intelligence.

Will Streit
Will Streit is Director of Offering Management for IBM, where he leads both Engineering Lifecycle Management and Connected Vehicle Insight. He has also managed IBM’s IoT data platform offerings, with a focus on automotive, industrial, and asset-related systems. Previously, Will ran Mergers and Acquisitions for IBM IoT. Beginning his career as a developer, he has since covered both offering management and business development at IBM across Internet of Things, Industry Solutions, and Business Analytics. Based in Austin, Will has an MBA from Duke University and is a PhD Candidate at Texas Tech University.
Geoff Clemm
Geoffrey Clemm is a PSL Distinguished Engineer, with over 30 years of industrial experience designing, implementing, and deploying software development tools. His primary responsibilities include IBM’s ELM (Engineering Lifecycle Management) offerings and Software Configuration Management technologies.
Geoff is the primary author of RFC-3253, the IETF standard versioning protocol, and is specification lead for JSR-147, the JCP standard versioning API. In addition to his development responsibilities, Geoff is the Technical Advocate for a set of large Enterprise early adopter customers, where he guides their deployment and usage of the ELM solution.
