Notice to Shareholders of the Company holding securities in physical form
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) has issued a circular dated November 03, 2021 wherein Common and Simplified Norms for processing investor’s service request by RTAs and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination are provided. Further SEBI has also issued an additional circular dated December 14, 2021 with clarifications w.r.t. its earlier circular.
These circulars have made it mandatory for the shareholders holding securities in physical form to furnish the details incl. PAN, KYC and Nomination to the Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company i.e. Link-intime India Private Limited (Link-Intime).
In view of the above, shareholders of the Company holding securities in physical form are requested to provide below documents/details to Link-intime:
- Contact details: incl.
- Postal address with PIN code,
- Mobile Number and
- e-mail address
- Bank Account details: incl.
- Bank name and branch,
- Bank account number,
- IFSC code
- Specimen signature
- Nomination details in Form No. SH-13 (wherein Nomination process isn’t completed) or submit declaration to ‘Opt-out’ in Form ISR-3.
- Cancellation or change in nomination in Form No. SH-14

Relevant documents as mentioned above are to be provided to Link-Intime in any of the following mode:
- In Person Verification (IPV): by producing the originals to the authorised person of Link-Intime who will retain copy(ies) of the document(s).
- In hard copy: by furnishing self-attested photocopy(ies) of the relevant documents, with date on below address:

E-Sign is an integrated service which facilitates issuing a Digital Signature Certificate and performing signing of requested data by e-sign user. You may approach any of the empanelled e-sign service providers available on https://cca.gov.in/ for the purpose of obtaining e-sign.
In case of failure to provide required documents and details as per the aforesaid SEBI circular, all folios of such shareholder shall be frozen with effect from April 1, 2023.
