Accelerate implementation and migration of Microsoft Workloads to Amazon EC2 for Microsoft Windows.
Enterprise customers running Microsoft Workloads are increasingly looking to migrate to Amazon EC2 to realize the benefits of higher agility, performance, security, and cost savings. However, changing your operating model from running Windows applications on-premises to the cloud can seem daunting and requires critical migration decisions around design and configuration.
As an AWS partner since 2012 and a Microsoft R&D and Solution partner for over 30 years, Persistent has deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon EC2 for Microsoft Windows Server and relational databases. We help you design, architect, migrate, and manage your Amazon EC2 workloads for Microsoft Windows Server to maximize agility, security, and cost optimization. We help you make your critical Windows infrastructure even better and more dependable on AWS while ensuring minimal disruption during your migration.
Benefits
With Windows on AWS, you can bring your existing licenses to migrate and enjoy a cost-effective licensing strategy. You can track the usage of software licenses with AWS License Manager and minimize the risk of non-compliance.
Moving from SQL Server to Aurora can help you deliver dramatically higher performance at a fraction of the cost. Aurora is fully managed, so you don’t need to worry about database management tasks such as software patching, hardware provisioning, setup, or backups.
AWS offers a wide range of .NET, container and serverless offerings to help you modernize your Windows workloads. With these offerings, you can easily reduce the uncertainty, complexity, and cost of migrating to the cloud.
AWS provides various services to visualize, understand and manage your AWS usage to help you optimize costs. Additionally, you can make the most of AWS open-source services to bring down your commercial licensing costs.
