Position Title: Project Lead
Location: 1731 Technology Dr, Suite 700, San Jose, CA 95110
Position Responsibilities: Analyze and propose optimal solutions based on the customer requirements. Gather various direct and indirect scenarios that could possibly play out based on the requirements provided. Plan the timeline and various milestones with the help of the leads and development teams. Do a thorough analysis of any issues and find out the root cause. Understand and convey the available data and structure to the development team. Optimize, clean-up and standardize any existing code, after doing the impact analysis to correct errors and improve performance. Provide hands-on assistance to developers on technical issues. Attend daily scrum to ensure all team members are adequately positioned to carry out the assigned work, clearing up any technical roadblocks that may be present. Review code and ensuring the code quality adheres to the industry standards. Create various scenarios for unit-testing to ensure the solution meets the acceptance criteria provided by the customer. Setup quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, or a related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Java; AWS Cloud & AI; AWS Kiro; Bedrock; Spring Boot; React; Redux; JavaScript; Typescript; MySQL; Kafka; Junit; Mockito; Maven; Gradle, and; Node.js. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
