As Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Sunil Sapre is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, financial reporting, taxation and investor relations.
Sunil has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, risk management and merger and acquisition diligence, and integration. Prior to joining Persistent in June 2015, he worked with L&T Group in various functions and his most recent role was with L&T Infotech where he spent 14 years as the head of finance and accounts for global operations.
Sunil is associated as a Board Member with MCCIA Electronic Cluster Foundation, a subsidiary of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture, Pune. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Sunil is married to Asha and they have a son.
