Since 2008, l’Agence du Don en Nature has collected and redistributed new unsold non-food products to people facing hardship and uncertainty.
Their needs reflected those of a classic ecommerce company. However, as a non-profit organisation, there were also some sector-specific demands. In particular, they wanted to automate tasks the more the better, to make the redistribution of donations more equitable. Initially, Persistent Systems implemented the B2B Commerce solution, as well as the part of Sales Cloud necessary to consolidate the Agence du Don en Nature database.
Following this first successful project, Agence du Don en Nature decided to continue modernizing its online order management. In order to do this, they trusted Persistent System to improve order tracking by implementing Salesforce’s OMS (Order Management System).
