Persistent leveraged the Appian platform to build an integrated data review module for tracking discrepancies. The application automated the workflow end-toend. It helped extract inconsistent data from external systems and close data reviews along with vendors or resolution owner groups. This helped the client streamline critical processes and improve workforce productivity.
Persistent enabled the provision of online and offline workflows where data discrepancies could be shared over email and the responses for each were tracked for closure.
