Rajesh is the Senior Vice President of Google Business Unit at Persistent. A thought leader, technology evangelist, and an entrepreneur, he has been the CEO and co-founder of MediaAgility, a Google premier partner and digital consultancy that Persistent Systems acquired in 2022.
With almost three decades of industry experience, he advises client leaders on growth strategies grounded in both technology innovations and management innovations. At MediaAgility, he built a 500+ strong global team with people-first culture to deliver exceptional client services. This approach helped build a strong global partnership with Google Cloud, often branding the company as the most culturally aligned Google partner in the ecosystem. Prior to the acquisition, MediaAgility achieved many recognitions like the Inc. 5000, FT 500 fastest growing companies and was named a niche player in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. As a Partner at ebusinessware he ran a multi-million dollar technology consulting practice working with CxOs from startups to Fortune 100 companies across US, Europe and Asia.
Rajesh is passionate about building organizations of the future by challenging the status-quo with ideas like self-management where diverse teams feel a sense of purpose and belonging. His vision for the Google Business Unit is to drive growth through a people-first approach, delivering exceptional services and thinking global.
Rajesh trained as a mechanical engineer at Shivaji University, Maharashtra and completed graduate studies in Computer Aided Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He is a lifelong learner completing a book a month and many online courses on diverse topics.
Rajesh lives in New Jersey with his wife and they have three sons.
