Vikas is Senior Vice President, responsible for bringing Persistent’s digital capabilities in CX, Data and Automation technologies together for the benefit of our clients. He has partnered with CXOs across the globe to deliver large-scale transformational programs leveraging data, analytics and digital technologies.
Vikas has over 26 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to Persistent, he had leadership roles at Mu Sigma, Infosys and HCL. Vikas worked with several leading Fortune 500 companies in helping them create their data and analytics programs with Mu Sigma. With Infosys, he worked extensively in the financial services sector, helping scale global operations of the Finacle banking solution. At HCL, he worked to setup the infrastructure management business.
Vikas holds a Computer Science degree from University of Delhi and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
