As Chief Marketing Officer Keith is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications – from brand to demand.
Previously, Keith served as Vice President, Strategy and Operations at Conduent, where he helped launch a new digital consulting unit. Before that he spent 18 years at IBM, spanning multiple marketing roles including leading worldwide product marketing for Watson IoT and global performance marketing & digital for all of IBM Services.
Throughout his 22 year career, Keith has developed deep expertise across a wide range of disciplines, including-business strategy & operations, global marketing management, c-suite marketing, offering management, solution marketing, digital campaign development, partner co-marketing, account-based marketing, sales & proposal excellence, business development, digital transformation, thought leadership, content marketing, social media, web transformation and events.
Keith has led many successful, high performing teams from single-unit teams to more complex global organizations with over 150+ team members across geographies. Through these management experiences he has developed a strong belief in the importance of empathy, authenticity, and transparency in communication to drive meaningful change and transformation.
An alumnus of Drexel University, Keith holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a specialization in Marketing and Management Information Systems.
