The public cloud model provides cloud service in different formats, including providers’ infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), business as a service (BaaS), and software as a service (SaaS). These cloud services are provided to users for either a monthly or pay-per-use fee, eliminating the need for users to host these services on-site in their own data center.
