What is Agile Development?

Agile development is iterative software development—focusing on the people doing the development and how they work together. Agile development is an approach with an iterative model to software development that teams employ in their projects. The primary purpose of agile development is to deliver projects on time and with fewer or no errors. Software development teams analyze software development with cross-functional analysis to make the required project modifications. Agile development speeds up the work on high-priority projects within an allotted budget.

Agile development consists of five stages: creativity, development, testing, deployment, and operations. Scrum is the most famous example of agile development. Some other models are Feature Driven Development (FDD) and Lean Software Development (LSD).
